Sarah is Creative Associate at Cardboard Citizens and currently writing the musical RUFF TUFF CREAM PUFF, with Boff Whalley, for the company. Her theatre work has been produced by companies including the RSC, The Hampstead, Soho Theatre and the BBC. Many of her plays are published by Oberon Books.

Her original drama BORDERLAND, won the 2018 Tinniswood Award for best radio script of the year. In addition to her work with Cardboard Citizens, she is currently writing an opera for Welsh National Opera and POWER OUT, an original podcast for the BBC. Sarah is Associate Professor at the Denmark National School for Performing Arts.

Tony McBride has over 25 years’ experience as an actor, theatre practitioner and workshop facilitator, working for some of the nation’s leading community theatre companies.  As a director, Tony has created a number of plays for Red Ladder, Theatre Centre and Contact Theatre.

Zimbabwe-born and London-raised composer ESKA comes from a rich musical background. As a vocalist, her legendary virtuosity has attracted the attentions of a host of acclaimed artists – the likes of Tony Allen and David Sylvian, to name a few. Her vocal arrangements have credits on 3 Mercury-nominated albums that range from hip-hop to indie to jazz. For her solo project, she chose to work alongside one of her most recent collaborators, artist-producer Matthew Herbert.
