LISTEN: CC Member John Watts has recorded a podcast of a piece of his writing.

CONNECT: Living Letters is an inter generational project run by Chickenshed Theatre. Connect with someone by writing to them to create new friendships and help with feelings of isolation.


WRITE: The World From My Window is a global anthology of stories written in response to lockdown. You can submit your own to be part of this amazing snapshot of our time.

FILM: Owain Astles (from the Bristol Cardboard Camp) is doing remote filmmaking workshops with people currently experiencing homelessness with access to a phone or camera: owainastles.com/covid19


WRITE: The Outsiders Project are offering a writing project – One photo of a tattoo. One story of that tattoo. People can either write their own story, or if they prefer we can chat and record then transcribe the story for them. More info: outsidersproject-tattoo.com

Wellbeing:

  • Calm – Meditate, Sleep, Relax – Calm offers some free meditation, music and stories. Some sections cannot be accessed without upgrading and paying for the subscription.
  • Let’s Meditate – free app
  • Headspace – Mindfulness and meditation – again, there are some free options available here.

Creativity

  • One Second Everyday – film one second of your day, and then compile it into a video journal of your time in social distancing, or just a record of your month or year! (If you’d like to share these with us, we’d love to see them!)
