Cardboard Citizens return to Rich Mix this month with two nights of stories, music, and spoken word created by our own Resistance Theatre members.

Since the summer, Citz’s community of artists have been writing short plays and recording music about the housing crisis – what dark days might lay ahead, and what kind of solutions might there be to address the crisis in the future.

Performances of resistance and dissent, of chosen communities and alternate ways of living – as we emerge from the time of COVID into an era of creativity.

From hostels, squats and temporary housing, direct to the Rich Mix stage – join your community in a festive-free two-day festival that looks towards a better 2022, with Resisting Christmas.

Tickets for the event are Pay What You Can, with all proceeds going directly to Cardboard Citizens‘ continued work. Whether you book a free ticket or a £20 ticket – or anything in between – come join us on Sat 18 and Sun 19 Dec at 7.30pm and celebrate the amazing work from our members.
