Join us for a day of discussion, inspiration, networking and innovation. How can art and creativity can affect social and political change?
Following the Cardboard Camps launch at the Theatre Royal Plymouth in January, this event will bring together people working in the social sector, arts and public sector.
How can we, as campaigners, artists, service providers and public sector agencies work together to challenge perceptions and facilitate real social and systemic transformation? We will hear local and national examples of arts for social change in practice, and how the public sector are building in story telling with people with lived experience of complex issues to change narratives. There will be opportunities to share ideas and network with people across sectors. Finally, we will share upcoming activity in our Cardboard Camps programme, including future networking sessions to build on discussions from the day.
