Across this 12-week term the Collective Live Event Associates will work alongside the Collective Artists to curate a live event over summer 2025.  

Through a series of workshops led by Dan Tsu, guest artists and the Cardboard Citizens Team you will be developing skills around:  

  • Event Management 
  • Marketing and Branding  
  • Budget Management 
  • Collaboration, Event Curation and more

Meet the Artist: Dan Tsu

Dan Tsu is a creative director, event producer, educator, and founder of underground movement Lyrix Organix (est. 2009). A multi-disciplinary facilitator and Lead Lecturer (BIMM London), Dan designs and delivers digital and physical youth education programmes across music, spoken word, social action, entrepreneurship, and event management for the likes of Roundhouse, British Council and Cardboard Citizens. 

Dan is perhaps best known as co-founder of Glastonbury Festival’s legendary Rum Shack – working with the likes of Akala, Kojey Radical, Kae Tempest, ENNY and Mike Skinner. As director of Lyrix Organix, Dan is renowned for boundary-pushing physical and digital events that explore the intersection of live music, poetry and hip hop, to promote youth and social action. He has worked from Ukraine to Cuba, Ethiopia to Mexico, and has worked closely with the likes of Ed Sheeran.
