Of course, when we started this project we had no idea how much the world would have changed when we came to the launch date. However, we decided to go ahead, as now more than ever, the use of our digital channels is vital for us to be able to communicate with our Members. Indeed we realise that our website is now the first port of call for many of our Members looking for information about our response to COVID-19 and providing the support they require. We also hope that the improvements we have made to the site will help to keep everyone updated on our activity during this time.
However, although the value and need of a new site is abundantly clear at this time – we do feel it is important to explain that this work was planned and funded before the current crisis and has not diverted any funds from our frontline engagement and support.
