One of our trainee’s have written a diary entry – read on to find out more about Zhane’s experiences.
My name is Zhane and I’ve been shadowing the role of Artistic Director on the traineeship.
I am interested in backstage and behind the scenes roles in the creative industries (sound, lighting, set, props etc) and through the traineeship I’ve regained my interest and passion for maybe trying out acting again.
One of my most memorable trainee moments was when I teched and done the lighting at the theatre makers show, I haven’t done it for a long time so to have done it again has made me reignite my passion for the behind the scenes work of a production.
