Cardboard Citizens is launching a Member Led Open Space!
If you would like to sign up as a participant, please follow the Book Now link on the side of the page.
If you would like to run a session, please apply using this form.
This is an opportunity for you, the Members, to use our space for your creative practice. We are inviting to you to run workshops, hold writers circles, share your scripts and use the community of Cardboard Citizens to explore and create work.
You can sign up as a participant or submit a request to run a session.
How it works:
1. Members submit applications to host the Member Led Open Space
2. These are reviewed by the team and one is selected for the next Member Led Open Space. This member will be contacted.
3. Members who have signed up to be participants will have places at the workshop confirmed 2 weeks in advance.
4. Members will be sent a reminder a few days before the workshop.
FAQs
Will travel costs be covered?
Yes, as they are at all our workshops. We can provide £7.00 without a receipt and up to £15.00 with a receipt.
Will there be staff involved?
There will be a staff member in the room to make sure everything runs smoothly, but Members will lead the workshop.
What if I want more support with my workshop?
If you are interested in running a workshop, but want some advice, drop Rachel an email at rachel@cardboardcitizens.org.uk
What will be provided for the workshops?
Cardboard Citizens can provide space, chairs, paper, pens and speakers.
