Citz Theatre Makers Sharing: Midwinter Solstice Dream
Citz Theatre Makers is a 12-week workshop series for Cardboard Citizens Members that is designed to cover the foundations in theatre making practice. Each term is led by a new artist who shares their craft and supports people to develop their own toolkit of theatre making skills. This series has been led by director, music maker and facilitator Izzy Rabey, who has led a series of devising workshops around the theme of myth and legend. This sharing is a presentation and celebration of what the group have been working on, we hope you can join us at Shoreditch Town Hall for this mythical journey!
Winter Solstice Dream
A group of friends are en route to a solstice party. The journey is anything but ordinary. There are portals opening up all over the place – from gardens to abandoned theme parks, opening up the walls between the mythical realm and the mortal world. Will these worlds ever know peace again? How do we adapt to changes beyond our world as we know it?
Citz Festive Gathering will be taking place after the Citz Theatre Makers Sharing at Cardboard Citizens HQ from 6 – 8pm so if you would like to join us for that too, please be sure to book your place separately.
