We’re so excited to welcome movement director Imogen Knight to the Cardboard Citizens community!
In this workshop, Imogen will lead you through an exploration of joyful movement! It will be a chance to come together to move, create moments of joy and take time to just play. You will have the opportunity to explore the power of movement to tell stories, to connect to ourselves and to others.
By moving, playing, talking and listening together you will find ways to feel more comfortable in your own skin, embody more curiosity and understand more about the joy of movement.
This workshop is open to all levels, no movement experience is required, and all activity can be modified as needed.
Places for the workshop are limited, so please only register your interest if you can commit to attending. We’ll be in touch to confirm your place.
