Writers’ Circle is a long-running monthly workshop aimed at getting the written creative juices flowing. It’s a relaxed, informal but structured session that allows us to put words to that inner creative voice we all have. They say a writer should ideally write every day, but as we know, life happens.
Well, Writers’ Circle allows you to, at least, write once a month via some writing activities and prompts. You can also bring work you’ve been doing in your own time to the circle to share and get positive critique back on. There’s no teacher, just a group of writing enthusiasts. They say practice makes perfect; well there are no perfectionists but we keep practicing! Sessions are run by Lisa Ogun, who has been doing so for the last six years.
