For our Sheffield Citz National Residency, we are working alongside Age Better in Sheffield and SYHA to create a brand new show which will be performed by a generational mix of Sheffield residents, bringing young and old together to create debate, share experiences and socialise.

Our Residency projects aim to reach vulnerable people across the country, exploring the barriers they are facing and identifying solutions, through fun, creative workshops and performances.

Work on this latest project has now begun, as a team of intrepid volunteers take to the streets gathering stories from the older community of Sheffield. Stories will be collected across the city in the coming weeks and once gathered we will be edited, scripted and turned into a piece of verbatim theatre.

The results of the workshops will be shared with residents and the wider Sheffield community in October.
