Next month will see the inaugural meeting of the Arts and Homelessness Forum, a new network for anyone interested in arts and homelessness.

Cardboard Citizens has worked alongside organisations including Choir with No Name, Café Art, Streetwise Opera, Open Cinema and Homeless Link to launch this new Forum as a way of sharing ideas and practice amongst similarly minded organisations.

The first ever meeting will take place on 20 September and is open to any arts/homelessness projects, homeless centres running arts programmes, artists who have experienced homelessness and others in the field.

Once the network is up and running, meetings will be held every quarter with the intention of offering a unique chance for individuals and organisations to come together to share news, ideas, funding opportunities and act as a way of bringing this community of people together.

If you are interested in joining the Forum, the first meeting takes place on 20 September from 1-5pm at Esmee Fairbairn, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9AG.
