Welcome to the team, Patryce!
Hi there! I’m Patryce Richter, my pronouns are she/her, and as of September 2025, I’ve joined the Cardboard Citizens team as the Administrator.

Previously, I studied Drama and English Literature at the University of Manchester, and have trained with Talawa Theatre Company, participating in their Talawa Young People’s Theatre (TYPT) Programme (as both a stage manager and performer), as well as their Creating Routes Facilitation Training Programme in partnership with EEA and Goldsmith’s University.  It was on this programme that I was first introduced to Citz, undertaking a placement where I supported a Cardboard Collective workshop.

I love music and previously worked as a Content and Marketing Coordinator at Sing King Karaoke. I enjoyed the celebrations at the Citz festive gathering last year and it was brilliant to see so many stellar karaoke performances.

It’s been great meeting so many of you so far, and I’m excited to collaborate in the year ahead!
